Reiki and Yoga
Treat yourself to a healing experience combining yoga and Reiki. As you flow through gentle yoga poses, we will employ hands on technique of Reiki which helps move energy in the body, decreasing stress causing a relaxed state. Yoga helps to strengthen the body, increase balance, and calm the mind through movement and breath. Through this workshop you will feel relaxed, opening space to revive and restore your body to a healthier state possibly supporting recovery from minor pain and injuries.
